Tim Cassidy, J.D., is the founding President of Cassidy & Associates Real Estate, Inc. He has the internet real estate marketing skills as an e-PRO certified Realtor, real estate negotiation skills from more than two decades of real estate sales experience and real estate / law education (holding a UCSB bachelors degree, Juris Doctor law degree, and currently Adjunct Faculty at UCSD Extension / Real Estate Program Advisory Board).
